Mark is a senior manager with two decades experience helping companies deliver on the promise of IT. He has a proven ability to deliver strategy and step-change programmes for clients such as Man Group, UBS, BP and Marks & Spencer.
Previously, Mark was Managing Partner of the London office of Quidnunc - a software consultancy - where he changed the business model from solely delivering technical systems integration to providing a wider set of consulting services. He promoted a strong culture of relationship building, changing the business development approach to dramatically increase client satisfaction and level of repeat business.
He started his career at Price Waterhouse (now part of IBM Global Services) and then worked for the Berkeley Partnership and Linklaters.
A sound knowledge of a wide variety of business practices and how their needs may be best served by tailored business processes and IT strategies enables Mark to rapidly and accurately assess exactly what is required to address clients' specific requirements. He is adept at developing and implementing large-scale solutions on time and within budget and uses his strong people management and negotiating skills to excellent advantage.
Mark is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and holds a BSc. Hons in Chemistry from the University of Edinburgh.
