Nick is a highly professional manager with nearly two decades experience helping companies deliver the promise of IT. He looks first for opportunities to deliver better results from existing IT assets; staff, software, hardware and vendors, before recommending any further investment. He has consulted for a wide range of high profile companies in Investment Banking, Hedge Funds Professional Services and Energy Trading.
His excellent communication skills, natural enthusiasm and deep technical knowledge, enable him to guide board level clients through the steps to effect positive change. During his career, he has successfully delivered over 50 significant projects, many of which have been managed simultaneously. He has full experience of the project lifecycle having successfully built and delivered custom software, implemented packages and managed 3rd party resources.
Working both for and alongside these business organisations, he has developed and implemented IT strategies, designed state-of-the-art trading systems and managed the delivery of one of the world's largest online information sources.
Nick is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and holds a BSc. Hons in Computing and Information Systems from the University of Manchester.
